Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
The company was formally registered under the provisions of the Company and Allied Matters Act, 1990 on the 20th day of October, 1993 although its commencement of business dated back to January, 1991.
Registration with the Office the of Auditor General of the Federation
Our company is duly registered with the Office of the Auditor-General of the Federation. This qualifies us to carry out Audit of Government Parastatals, Board, Agencies and Corporations. Our company is also registered with the Office of the Auditor-General of the State.
Licence to Practise as a Chartered Accountants
A licence to Practise as a Chartered Accountant was obtained from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) upon meeting the conditions for the issuance of such licence.
